I added a pregnancy ticker so those of you who are so inclined can keep up with the progress of our little pea. My next dr. appointment is not until September 8th, until then there's not much news to impart on the pregnancy front. I had actually made it 4 days without throwing up and was planning a big celebratory post for today about how I had been puke free for 5! whole! days!, but I jinxed myself. Back to square one.

I've decided that early pregnancy is a very lonely time. You're not showing and it's really hard to get people all fired up about the fact that you've thrown up an average of once a day for 7 weeks straight. Even though Melbourne was there for the first ultrasound and heard the heartbeat last time, I still think sometimes it doesn't seem real to him. I think when I start showing, and perhaps when I start feeling movement (which should be in the next 5 weeks), it will start to seem more real to him and the people around me.
