Nausea/Vomitting - Check (Back on!)
Fatigue - Check
Overly Emotional - Check (re: deleted post)
Pregnancy Brain - Check, check, check. To be fair I've always been fond of asking Melbourne to bring me the thing that's on top of that other thing, but I always knew what I was actually asking for and could add the appropriate words if he couldn't read my mind that day. But recently, umm, not so much.

Scene: Interior, bedroom, night
Melbourne and Melanie have just finished watching Gladiator (Melanie's never seen it)

Melanie: It was pretty good. The ending borrowed heavily from that other movie . . . with that guy . . .

Melbourne: {Stares at Melanie, waiting for clarification}

Melbourne: {blink, blink blink, blink}

Melanie: Uh, never mind.

Melbourne: That's it?!? That movie with that guy?!?

Melanie: Yeah, I got nothing.

You crack me up! The bad thing is, you never really get full use of your brain back. I don't know if it is because it just doesn't come back, or if it's because every time you start talking the child cries or tries to talk over you. Case in point: as I was typing just now, I misspelled cries "crys". (I would need to invest in the White Out company if we did not have computers. Then again, I would not be responding to a blog on a typewriter, so there you go.) There was no reason for (any of )this other than the mommy fog I live with.

The other thing to watch is the falling down and tripping. They say that your joints loosen when you are pregnant. They either stay that way or I am just a klutz. Wait, I know the answer to that one.
